When I said he's not doing it because he's thinking of resigning I was saying he isn't removing reputation because he's thinking of resigning. Not saying the reason is unrelated to him resigning.

We're right back at square one - I like Nick- and have a lot of respect for him but if he's no longer passionate about the job then he should step down and let someone else give it a shot.
