Anyway, this is my first ever vbulletin Habbo skin

How can I improve? What am I doing wrong? Any good bits?

I was going for something different that's all, and I dont think that the red is that in your face but maybe your right

The red is ugly to be honest. Maybe use a nice blue.

its ok, but change the red to blue or something. other than that well done.

Change the Secondary and Primary Alternating colours to all white (#FFFFFF) =] and you'll have a nice skin there
