He (Major Nelson, Xbox Staff) says NXE is launching in 14 HOURS FROM NOW.

That was 10/11am. So the NXE is out between 8am-9am BRITISH TIME

I'm slightly mad about this, I signed up for this ages but I must of put my serial number in wrong, pity really but it's just a day I suppose. If anyone could get some confirmation of the release time then you'll have some reputation coming your way.

It's only a dashboard update, you'll barely spend any amount of time even looking at it when you're on the xbox
