Welcome mat was given away when you first joined the hotel and did this guide thing when you first joined, it was like a year ago and they don't do it no more

Yes, the mats are untradeable, however some people got 2 of the mats due to a bug (cough, my old account). Pretty worthless and pointless as you can't trade them though.

Blue Solar was out yes, but the white one followed it.

Solars that have been out:
Yellow Solarium sold for 5mins while Faithless was in the hotel.
Blue Solarium in Club shop for quite a while
Urban & Rural Solariums for the Environment campaign (Lostie was moon people + HelKat was nature friendly people)
White Solarium for the January Deals this year
Red Solarium which was released for summer this year.

The yellow mode was in a "Funky deal" which had various party items including orange and lime inflatable (before released into catalogue)
The black area was released about a year ago during when blue lasers were released I think
Glass was released in club shop for limited time.
