    Probably because alot of celebs in these coming weeks for music festival neon, cause its just VIP badge.

    since its in the uk directory it could be the badge given to either

    - artists that come into habbo
    - "HMF" badge reffered to in the room design comp

    I assumed they would use the FRS badge since it fits more with the HMF theme
