Sorry to break it to you, but Canada isn't North America.

Either way, Japan have internet so fast it'd blow your brains. They monitor literally evrything though, so free access comes with a price.

Seeing as that's a reading taken from a free Internet Access point i'm sure they've got even better speeds else where aswell
