Default Outside its cold, can you be bothered going out? An exercise in your bedroom!

Well yeah, its freezing over here. And I can't be arsed going out and riding to the bus stop then getting the bus to the gym. So i thought of a crap idea to me anyway originally, which was two jog up and down my run for 40 minutes with metallic blurring out my speakers! Started to do it and it really was decent, started to sweat, get a stitch like being on the tredmill, and according to a website at my weight 119 pounds I burned 252 calories which is ok for a little exercise! try it sometime if you feel the same as I did.

    poser.
a real metallica fan would know how to spell it.
or at least know its metallic-A
    1. Jeremy 1129 up, 295 downA named based on the biblical name Jeremiah. Used as a name for children who are blessed with a large brain and/or penis. Also used as a replacement for "perfect".
We had a child and it had a very large penis so we named it Jeremy.

No offense mate but you're probably just being lazy.. I go out on some mornings in the freezing cold and run 2 miles at a time back and fourth to my house. This is better than running in doors as it also contributes to your endurance and will to go on as it's that cold you have no other choice but to keep your body warm.

Your method is okay but tredmill isn't as good as terrain.
    Back for a while.

Agreed with excellent, I have to be out at 7 every morning to go to college plus I ride my moped which makes it even colder because your riding into the coldness, if your cold just wear more layers of clothing, it's simple.

Yeah I mean, granted, exercise isn't ALL about going outdoors and doing things but if you can then thats better than staying in doors. You tackle many more 'problems' when you're out exercising such as terrain and hills.
    Back for a while.
