How does it stand upto RB1 & RB2? Worth a purchase?

It's a good game but I prefer RB because I find it more fun and there is loads of dlc & the dlc it's cheaper.

I recently purchased the game. I think it's a lot better than RB.
The best song on there is probably Hot for Teacher

but i bought RB2 the other day and thats really good too

if im honest i reccomend
getting guitar hero full band
and then get the rock band 2 disk
and if your friend has rock band 1 borrow it off them and get 400 msp and transfer the songs from 1 to 2

might sound abit confusing lolol

Ah well it's just that I've already got Rock Band 1
And RB2 seems too similar to me really.

GH:WT - The gameplay is much better and the customisations and stuff is fantastic. The drums are much better as is the guitar/bass.

Unfortunately, as its WORLD tour they put in some french/spanish/dutch people singing in english/finnish songs for no reason.

Also, some of the songs just seem to have been picked because they have hard drums in (like scream aim fire) and theyve added in 3 or 4 TOOL songs which are all the same and crappy and also 2 Ozzy Ozbourne songs for no aparent reason.

I much prefer the songlist for RB2 but there is ability to purchase more I suppose.
