The following features are ungoing maintenance and are expected to return to use on Monday:

- Taking/viewing photographs (photographs on walls are also temporarily hidden)
- Trading
- Sending furni as gifts
- Guest room deletion
- Dropping furni in others' rooms
- Moodlights

I bet they made a nice little profit from people buying stuff out the catalogue due to boredom.. despite the fact a few less people came online due to no trade (I couldn't have been the only one who didn't bother signing in much over the weekend due to it).
