    Downside: Will probably break after one month of use... LOL.

    Oh, and it 'upscales'...
    "Upscales to 1080p and 1080i."
    AFAIA that means it does not support resolutions of 1080i/p, just 'upscales' it to 'almost' look as good.

    Prob wont break after a month. Dont have to be expensive for it to be good quality.

    Yes but it doesn't actually support full 1080i/pm just upscales it, like when you enlarge an image and it pixelates. That's why it's cheap, it doesn't support full quality res's properly.
