Actually I believe it's Value for money and you're just making it easy work for Xbox 360 users, you're argument is absolutely pathetic and uninformed, and you're thread is based on the fact you don't know you want a PS3, as Wootzeh has correctly stated, it seems like you've already made you're own mind up.

The Xbox 360 has a warranty that lasts for 3 years covering RROD so I'm not even concerned about RROD tbh.

I'm not a genius on High-Definition but I'm pretty sure it goes in this order, 720p, 1080i, 1080p - Both consoles can do all the way up to 1080p (This does rely on the game though) and both have HDMI Ports built-in, however on the Xbox 360 Arcade & Premium you'll need to buy a HDMI Cable for around £15.

£350 now? Yeah and Xbox 360's are about £120!! It's not worth that £230 odd quid for a Blu-Ray player which a number of people wouldn't use and couldn't use for starters and there is now Blu-Ray players under £230, making that argument, INVALID.

I personally prefer the whole Xbox Live experience, Xbox 360 dashboard and the exclusive games.

Couldn't of said it better myself.

At least with the 360 you can have wired controllers and you can play it while they charge or even use batteries, 360 controllers are better in just about every possible way.

You can charge/use a PS3 controller at the same time.

so your saying that only £120 of the ps3 is for games and all the other great features , and the rest just for the blu-ray player?.

    Again money isnt an issue

Is that something you need seperately? My uncle has this lame thing you need to plug the controllers into so you can't play while charging, it's so annoying. >.<

Edit - @Hamgay - Six Axis is just rubbish, the few games I've played that it's even used in barely touch it because it's just a pointless feature.

You plug it in via USB and carry on playing whilst it charges.

I'm sorry for thinking a piece of hardware that doesn't allow you to charge your controllers while playing the game is lame but how the hell does that make me a fanboy? I think you need to find the definition of the work my friend.

@ Wayne - I gathered that but I mean is that a cable that comes with the PS3 when you buy it or do you have to buy that cable seperatly?

No I'm saying that the Xbox 360 is only £120 and that the bad value in comparison Sony PS3 costs £350 and it's only real advantage is Blu-Ray, it's the main argument with PS3 users use and a lot of people can't use Blu-Ray and for the £230 price difference, you can buy a Blu-Ray player.

    Xbox 360 + Blu-Ray Player comes in under £350

I'm pleased that money isn't an issue for you but for most of us, value is very important so in a XBOX 360 VS PS3 argument it's a totally valid point to use.

If I were you I would not call people fanboys, not long ago you didn't have a clue what one was, don't make such accusations.
