@ Wayne - I gathered that but I mean is that a cable that comes with the PS3 when you buy it or do you have to buy that cable seperatly?

It came with the PS3. You can get charge docks for the controllers which you leave to charge up but I'd rather play and charge not stop playing and put my controller in a charge dock.

I am repeating myself here, but value for money is important to most people therefore in an Xbox 360 vs PS3 debate, it's a totally valid point to make.

Yes i understand, that you need as good as you can get, for cheaper, thats why i was gonna get an xbox360 until i saw the better specifications of the ps3.

Value for money is an important issue, maybe putting the xbox infront, but due to that being invalid in my case, probably pulls the ps3 back into lead, so far as i know, again only going of specifications, demo vids, the occasionally play, not having the whole gaming experience and long term playing, it can be hard to make a decision.

You don't need to even worry about the specs. it is pointless to buy a console just because it has a better graphics card or something, no PS3 game looks any better than an xbox 360 game, the games are made for the consoels you play them on, consoles are not like PCs, you don't have to worry if you can play a game or not, if you have the console and the game you're after is out on that console then you'll be able to play it.

If you're getting it for Christmas then you might aswell get a PS3 then buy a 360 yourself when and if you ever want too.

I had a PS3, but not many people go online it and i find it very boring online. Brought a xbox 360, loving it! Far better online, more features, better games, better accessories. Also that new ps3 online coming out soon looks like a epic fail

Yea they're all 7th gen, the only one I'm missing is a PS3, need to get that sometime, damn my lack of money.

I have nothing against any consoles, I see some features to be completely pointless but I don't care because I want consoles for the games, the PS3 has exclusive games I want, so I want to have one.
