Ok to put it straight. I'm not lying, I did get hacked lost most my stuff. Habbo have now IP banned me because I moved some furni to a safety clone, shows how stupid they are, even though I told them it was my clone. Thats me done now with Habbo, i got 850t+ within 4 months, lol the games a joke, I used to get bored after 5 minutes of logging on. Glad I got 'owned' now, as theres nothing to do or worry about.

Must have been offline for a very long time for someone to be able to trade 900 items of anything

About the refunds argument, if they're going to do it and want to avoid complaints, they could just say "we'll only consider refunding those who lose very high amounts (500T+)".
