I used to be with Orange, then after they started getting gay and problematic I changed to T-Mobile who I've never had a problem with, and nor have the rest of my family. T-Mobile and O2 are the ones to go for in my opinion

But if you've been a customer for 6 years and pay the bill every month... They actually said over the phone that its because I never go over my bill? So basically, free phones if you spend more than your £35 a month. Its pathetic.

Thats because you wanted to cancel the contract, and you agreed to pay that when you signed the contract.
