Paint is ok for layouts ;P You just have to use it right.

Paint is good for habbo layouts, thats all.

First and foremost remember if you're trying to build a professional layout that you do not use Paint. Paint is a pixel by pixel program which will pixelize your layout (toung twister )

You've used horrible coloring which totally clash against eachother.

My advice to you would be to scrap the whole layout and go looking for some inspiration.

Paint.net is pretty good for a free program if you don't have money to buy photoshop. Or you could even use gimp which is pretty much just a rip off of photoshop. Gimp is not as good as photoshop but it's a lot better than ms paint :]
