    usually sleep normal time but my sleeping patterns get messed up pretty easily. all it takes is just one night

    Mine is always ****** up during the holidays lol, at the moment it's 4am-1pm ish sleeping and the rest staying up.

    "It might have something to do with your biological clock, being winter. There's special lights ect that you can buy, and it adjusts to the time of day, helping your body clock."

    I hate winters. I'll wake up between 7:00am - 7:30am, and I'll end up getting out of bed 20 minutes later. The dark and cold just makes me stay in bed.

    Mines messed up at the moment. I seem to go to bed pretty late and then the next day I'll come home from school, do the stuff I need to do and then fall asleep for a couple of hours and then I can't go to sleep early because I'm not tired.
