Pretty much exactly the same happened to me on a busy dual carriage way round about, rush hour as well.

I was in left lane going straight on chav was in right lane and wanted to take the first left off, luckily my car isnt very powerful and he cut right infront of me, still had to slam my breaks on and then he went speeding off.
