    Thanks! I can see the X-530 for £40 (ex. delivery) and the X-540 for £54 (also ex. delivery). Will the sound quality on the X-540 be significatly better than the X-530?

    One more question: How do they connect to the PC? Do they connect through the green connection on the motherboard?

    I am getting a new computer, but as I have promised myself not to open it, i'm not sure. I am 90% sure it does, but I won't know until Christmas!

    If it doesn't, can I just connect it to the green connection?

    Okay, but until I get a new sound card could I use the green connection? Could I make it come out of all the speakers and not just the two front speakers?
