I finished it and at the end of the last episode I was like "what the **** just happened?!"
I seriously do not get it. Is it about a girl getting stressed out and her dog dies and then it creates this massive criminal.
Where they stoned when they made this?

Psychological thriller, what do you expect? Clearly you're not familiar with the legend that is Satoshi Kon. If you think Paranoia Agent was confusing, I suggest you take a look at some of his films. Paprika is a masterpeice. Well in my eyes, robably not yours.

Most confusing anime ive seen is ergo proxy...

Ergo Proxy is child's play, I didn't find it confusing at all. Same goes for Paranoia Agent. The most confusing anime I've seen is probably Ghost in the Shell: Stand Alone Complex. I found it just hard to follow. I had to switch to the dubs on the last episode or two to try and catch up, but it was already too late. You really do need to pay full attention while watching that one.
