Yes I "went" to see it, I didn't like it though. A big tall robotic looking dude makes me really dislike it and then it finishes just dreadfully, however the parts inbetween, they're ok, however I'm glad I didn't waste my money on this film.

The big tall robotic thing looked quite cool actually lol. The ending was so a bit obvious really. So where did you watch it?

The ending was all a bit 'flash-bang'. It was ok but somewhat similar to Independance day in structure. Aliens - Attack - Attack Fail - Nuke - Nuke Fail - Eventually Earth Saved - End.

Very nicely explained, it was similar.

I went to see this yesterday and it was a complete joke of a film. The advert for it made it look so good and when I watched it, it was a real let down. Some people actually left half way through.

Lets be honest Keanu Reeves headlining a remake of the 1951 Classic is hardly going to be the next Godfather. The film is not too bad but you can't beat the original. The story has no end of plot holes although it still manages to keep your attention for the first 60 minutes. But to be honest the film just never really reaches it potential.

The original sounds great, it's rated 8.1/10, but it's a 1951 film lol.

Yeah well its not going to be the best special effects. But it is a film you should defiantly see.

I saw it on tuesday and I loved it, most of you are just awful at rating movies, don't rate a movie if you don't know what you're doing.

It probably isn't as good as the original but it's probably the best movie this year has seen so far, it had very good effects, the story and script were well made, there were alot of "oh my god that was awesome" moments, it got a bit sappy but it was all relevent to the story, it made perfect sense, if you didn't understand it then you must have the IQ of a watermelon or something.

Best movie of the year so far? You can't have seen very many movies. It was a poor movie and the story just never got going.
