Non-MGS Level Pack owners can PLAY the MGS Story Levels by joining a “host” who owns the pack and play the levels online together. You won’t be able to keep any objects, but you can experience the new features. MGS Level Pack owners will also be able to CREATE levels with any of these items (including the Paintinator) and SHARE them online for everyone to play.
Be sure MM will continue to provide more LBP goodness down the road in 2009.
UPDATE: Pricing looks to be aroung £1.60 for individual costumes and £5 for the premium pack.
Release is on Tuesday 23rd December.

i read that we get it same day as US.
and also level pack and costume pack will be seperate >.< dont want to fork out lots for it lol. alought i probably will >.>
