Gin is a lazy bum who would rather spend his entire day reading JUMP than doing anything else, Ichigo gives up his whole life to become a Soul Reaper.

Kagura is not Orihime! Take that back! Now! Kagura kicks ass, shes like the strongest person in the entire anime, how is she Orihime! Plus she's funny, Orihime is just stupid. Oh wow Kagura is actually Rukia in the picture, not Orihime. That's a better comparison, but still far off.

Shinpachi may look like Ishida, but you'll find his personality is quite different later on in the series.
