Their level 19 and have 9 hitpoints.

It's also multicombat, so if you attack one soldier, the rest all start attacking you, which is good if you don't want to pay much attention to the screen.
They drop plenty of low level herbs, runes and level 1 clue scrolls.

Drop herbs basically each inventory, including the rare herbs, if you collect the rarer herbs alone, that about 100k an inventory.

May take 10-30 minutes though.
