I work on my triceps more than my biceps

I work on my triceps more than my biceps
Triceps take up over 60% of your arm so that is a good theory to havePost your pics guys!
Back for a while.
I might post some tomorrow, im getting a good camera I think. Well hopefully. What other way can you add to your biceps apart from curls?
You can lift and holst which I do now. Extend the bar in mid air for 1 minute. You get obsessive fools who think this don't work but what they don't get is, you have to fatigue your muscles for them to grow so no matter what way you do it, if you lift heavyweight you stress them.
Back for a while.
It sounds painful :{
Did you just call me American?
HAH. Thats a right good one that is.
And I'm not jealous at all actually, I'm actually relatively thin. No specimen, it has to be said, but I'd much rather spend time with my arms wrapped around a bottle of whiskey than a heavy dumbell.
There's no pleasure in lifting things, it hurts and its boring.
Bobybuilding is great. People now associate bodybuilding with steroids though, it's not like that. There is another word for it which is "strong man". The *pro* bodybuilders take steroids though.
Mainly you need to consume over 2000 calories a day to feed your muscles and give them the correct nutrition they need to grow bigger and stronger. I eat a combination of carbohydrates and lean meats. Carbohydrates to give me energy and Protein to help build my muscles. Things like pasta and chicken would be great for you.
For a basis I'll give you my typical daily food intake.
Breakfast:
4 egg whites ( swallow )
1 bowl of oatmeal.
1 sausage sandwich.
4 pieces of toast.
Lunch: (before workout)
A cup of coffee with 3 spoonfulls of sugar.
Bowl of nuts, roasted.
Plate of pasta.
Tin of tuna.
Dinner:
Big plateful of pasta.
2 big chicken breasts.
This will sound sick to most but I usually drink chicken stock if my mum has any left, it's full of protein.
I also mix with with a decent sleep, 7-8 hours a day. I also do my cardio every day, just 30 minutes on the treadmill.
WOW really?
no offense but i think body building is so pointless
Yes, really.
Then I feel for you. Thats called being lazy.Did you just call me American?
HAH. Thats a right good one that is.

It's not pointless? It's a sport.
