What achievement/trophy will I get if I started a drums career on medium, did 60% of em, changed to easy for 37% and did 3% on beginner [one song was busting my balls]?

None. At least, I didn't get one for doing Guitar like that.
You'd have to complete a career mode 100% to get that achievement.

yeah you wouldnt get anything. you have to beat every song on a certain difficulty. but it stacks (i.e complete hard u get medium and easy)

i knew i couldn't do medium in B.Y.O.B and Under the Ice or w/e its called so I just finished all the ones on easy or medium as medium counts as medium and easy
