I laughed at Badyl's guess work. Rebecca Newton doesn't even work for Sulake. You need a pass to get into the BDC. It has your name on it, the word HABBO, date of issue and a barcode (yes, I have a pass).

I was wearing jeans and a hoody, and I got let in. (Although, I did have to flash my pass).
