    You should be able to just copy and paste the layer styles from the old one to the new one.

    Open up the old one, right click on the 'HxF-Graffiti Book #1' layer and click on 'Copy layer styles', or whatever it says in your version, might have changed since CS2. Then open up the new one, right click on the new text layer, click on 'Paste layer styles'.
