Really does annoy me when people use "lmao, lol" etc... as a sentance construct more than them actually meaning something.

Ref desigs: They are really nice and have some great element which would make the brilliant layouts, just they also have an unorganised feeling to them, such as the twitter boxes are just floating away from the page margin etc (if that makes sense).

Yeh tis a compliment I really like it actually. You're probably in the top 10 of best designers on forum imho.
