    Default Suffocation

For the past five days, I've been having a reoccuring nightmare that I'm suffocating.. Its either my head is stuck in my pillow and I can't move anything, my whole body is underneath the covers and I can't throw it away or I plainly can't breath.. Sometimes I don't even know if its a dream cause' once I manage to breath, I'm gasping for air.

Does anyone know why this is happening or what it means

I'll be branded a maniac for speakin' the truth and I'll be murdered as soon as I hit the streets with the proof.

Try and find out what the dream means, it might mean you're struggling or something. As soon as you can't breathe, just stop for a minute and tell yourself you have the will power to breathe... I'll have a look around for you.

    Just looked this up:

I am not a fan of "dream reading". Recurring dreams happen, there must be something on your mind that you go to sleep thinking about, purposely or not. Not even necessary suffocating but just death and other unpleasant things.

I don't analyse my dreams... I just think owot. and that's it.

Whether this is true or not is something left to be desired.

But sometimes, if you've been told something, just like that blog does; it lets your mind rest... it's hard to explain.

It's like if you have a headache, and you tell yourself you haven't; you forget about it.

So perhaps the blog, will allow some space for his mind to rest; I get what I mean, it's hard to explain. Even if it's not true; it's one explanation and he may be able to relate to it... he may not. Explore & expound

How about reading a book or something before you get to bed,

then it might stick in your mind.

My mum has a dream book. If she has a strange or bad dream, she will look them up and see what it means. I hope it gets better for you, i can believe it will be hard having a dream where your suffocating.
