    Default Dreamweaver help!

    http://disciplesofrhythm.com/DOR/beta/

    A layout im using,
    Open index.htm in dreamweaver, code shows, no design, its just blank, but it displays on the web ok

    Any suggestions?

    Tbh Dreamweaver is rubbish. Not to be mean or anything but it is.

    On topic: Make sure that the index file is saved in the same folder where the images are located etc.
    Hope that might have helped - Worth a go

    Usually if I replied to a reply like that to a thread like this I would get an infraction.

    Yes, Dreamweaver is rubbish, you shouldn't really need to view the "web" but, I use Zend Studio for eclipse, and that's amazing, maybe you should just live view the file from the location in the browser.. Would that not save a lot of hassle?

    Lol,

    I have been told this many a time, but im stuck for software worthy of the job dreamweaver does, as its easy to use for me, any reccomendations?

    Notepad

    Lol. NVU is a free one but I think it's just like dreamweaver. I personally say just edit things with notepad - gives you practice and experience

    Me too, Coda is simply amazing. The CSS tabs thing is a real time saver too! Only good if you run a mac though.
