As is said on the SHOUTcast front page (shoutcast.mr-host.com), our system is experiencing a bug. You can stream as usual but your stream will appear offline. I hope to fix this in the next hour or so.

Ive had that problem, check your RAM. My cast-control shows streams as offline when RAM is in full use. To solve mine I just upgraded the RAM on the server, simple fix
