Happy to code stuff for free, something a bit different but small and not too time consuming.

Script will be coded in PHP most likely, happy to use mysql databases and incorporate styles/js.

Meh, it's preferance really. The main benefit of OOP, in my opinion, is that when working in a team, you can understand each others code better.

Procedural is normally faster, but is harder to build on.

Agreed, you have to find like a billion files to edit things.

Hey i need a review script made for my site.
Nothing very advanced just easy and simple what i need is:

Register and login system
Admin panel were i can MOD the reviews and delete pointless ones.
A seprate page per each review so simple imbed code maybe to show reviews.
When writing reviews you maybe can have 5 star option.

Anymore questions about it just ask.
