Just make an official thread on it.

Wow, its amazing how people can get so worked up and be so rude and patronising in an online discussion about a prefix to a thread name.
I do think nvr's argument would stand if we were creating a subforum but a prefix would benefit the forum no matter how little it was used, not just here but in any forum.
Nvr, it's not a TV show; It's an operating system that is has only just become a beta. The fact that it could take another year for it to come out means it won't just die down - and it's been discussed by plenty for over the past few months. I think I prefix would suit.
If you were referring to me, i wasn't get worked up nor rude, i just showed my view on the persons suggestion.Wow, its amazing how people can get so worked up and be so rude and patronising in an online discussion about a prefix to a thread name.

Prefix is needed imho.
Hmmm, I can't see much point. If people are going to talk about Windows 7, the thread titles should have it mentioned.

I'm a little confused, why does it matter if there's loads of Windows 7 threads? There's loads of Vista and XP threads too but no one's asking for Prefix's for them.
I don't see the need for them but if there's going to be prefixes I think XP, Vista, Windows 7, Internet Explorer & Office all deserve them.
I don't see the need for prefixes, like Gomme said the titles will have it mentioned..
There should be prefixes like this-
[Vista]
[Windows 7]
No XP one because XP is out dated.
Lets set the stage on fire, and hollywood will be jealous.
seems like a good idea imo![]()
I love it when youflex like that
