They're not just decided by votes, but if the desk manager wanted to poll the staff for feedback can't they? I remember Bren asking us who should be assistant manager in 2007 when he was desk manager. Originally Posted by Sammeth.

If someone did ask them to vote on a management position, the request was not from general management and nor were the votes considered in the overall decision. As far as I know, Super Staff and Team Leaders were asked for opinions on normal staff and that's as far as it went. Originally Posted by buttons
