They needed someone a bit scarier frankly. Nothing wrong with being friendly to staff but if they're not working then they need to be disciplined, and if that had happened then there wouldn't have been these problems and HxHD would have been a more respectable department which didn't need to change
100% agreed. They needed someone a bit scarier frankly. I dont think staff being more disciplined would have stopped the desk becoming more of a lounge. It was bound to happen one day, that day happens to be today (yesterda).
Yeah but then Hecktix got fired for being to scary![]()
I’ll be a story in your head, but that’s okay, because we’re all stories in the end. Just make it a good one, eh? Because it was, you know. It was the best. A daft old man who stole a magic box and ran away. Did I ever tell you that I stole it? Well, I borrowed it. I always meant to take it back. Oh, that box, Amy, you’ll dream about that box. It’ll never leave you. Big and little at the same time. Brand-new and ancient and the bluest blue ever. And the times we had, eh? Would had…Never had. In your dreams, they’ll still be there. The Doctor and Amy Pond and the days that never came.
He fired me twice
But to be honest being 'scary' does work, Specially if it was nvrspk4 he is bare scary![]()
I think i've been hired under every manager apart from current.
Even if people had been more scary it wouldnt have stopped help desks dieing in general and HxHD closing has marked the end of that era imo. Lounges are the way foward.
+ Scott, we must have been drugged lol.
But a lounge doesn't offer anything and has no theme to bring people in. It's like making a "teen forum" or something - it has a target audience but it's too general and doesn't offer anything specific to appeal to anyone
