I imagine you're racking your brains to find how I came to such a conclusion. My first clue came when I saw he had a technological souding name. Then I saw that he is from "a dark dark town...", and Stephen Hawking, or Technologic as we now suspect, in his position, would find it impossible to reach a light switch!

How can you measure one person's intelligence to anothers? Test's and course's are all very well for some people but there are people in my english degree course who would get maybe a lower grade than me in an essay but perhaps excel in another where I dont? Its impossible to judge someones intelligence in all aspects of life.

Intelligence is the general ability to comprehend. Knowledge is the information you know from experience and education. Wisdom is the ability to apply both of these confidently and insightfully to whatever. People are probably better in one of these areas than the others hence smart people who can't cook for themselves and vice versa.
