Lost: Via Domus - 5 Times
FF2 - Twice
King Kong - 3 Going to be 4 Soon
Fight Night round 3 - 4 Times
Avatar - like 150 Times haha
TMNT - 3 Times

I'd have more but I generally don't care for 1k'ing a game, if I tried harder to 1k games I'd have about 24 1k'd games (including the 7 above) if I bothered to 1k some of the games I got bored of playing and that I know I could 1k if I put more time into them.
