Now what Israel are doing is illegal, they're putting White Phosphorous over buildings, which will burn the buildings and its contents.

EDIT: I think Israel are now using ground troops, hence the reason for the phosphorous over the buildings, for a smokescreen.

It's illegal to use it to burn buildings and specifically people, as a smoke screen it's just about acceptable.
