    James said that he was told he didn't get enough votes so is no longer staff which is strange because he was one of the few members of help desk staff who actually used Habbo?

    Thats pretty stupid and VERY poorly ran if it turns out to votes lmao. Imho like 90% of HxHD staff should be fired and new staff should be hired.

    Atm the managements poor, so it encourages the staff not to come in, cause if they don't come in then they're not being punished. So when trialists are hired they're active during the trial, soon as they pass they come in less as they learn from other staff that if you don't come in nothing happens, and it keeps on going and causes epic failure.

    I should own it, I'm on everyday and more than more of the managers and everything, there should atleast be a decent member of staff who's going to own it such as CHA!NGANG / LeahRAWRR etc..
    That's why we seize the moment, try to freeze it and own it, squeeze it and hold it cause we consider these minutes golden.

    AGM/GM or something should always own it.

    But manage its different, john deserves to manage much more than leah.

    Habbo help deasks are alot of work, it takes days of running if you want to make it propperly, yes it is easy to make a hepdeask that runs itself with poor staff ect, but to make one propperly it takes months of hard work, and unfortinatly the demand for it is not how it used to be.

    I think that changing it to a lounge for habbox users to come and hang out is a good idea, because most of the time thats what people in helpdeasks do.

    I don't think AGM/GM should own it, the manager should if they actually want it to work, anyway.
