I'm in Cambridge and i've never really seen a drug user so maybe its little in Cambridge.

From Camrbidge too (orly?). Never see any drug users either, so would probably guess that it is indeed very little in Cambridge. Meh, seen a few at school but nothing on a large scale.

weed in my hometown is really cheap, like 25 an eighth, though its usually really crappy. at my school in new york, however, is the best weed in the world, and kinda expensive. its 20$ for just a gram, but its amazzzzzinnngggg so i dont mind. we get nothing but the best kush and haze straight from nyc.
