I dont get fair usage policys i just get it were they will go down for days at a time
like go down for a week so i can only go on vertain sites
then be up another week
so i cant really download anything becase for ages its down

ul lol.. why not just move instead of complaning to us all first. It's not going to effect anyone if it was top the 5% in your area is it?

um its 5% in everyones area! but its 5% per area. Say you lived in a small village somewhere in say scotland. There might be about 100 people or so using VMs adsl service and they wouldn't even use that much bandwidth yet even if someone downloaded 1gb in a week they would get their service cut.

5.5 is quite alot for a home line... but then, I can download 30GB in one day at school mwahaha.
