Aww poor Jaiisun...
I don't personally know any HxHD staff well enough to judge who should be manager etc but I know from around the forum that Alice's qualities would be a good choice for any department manager job, really. However, surely any manager who didn't have good qualities would have been replaced? so maybe we can't see the behind the scenes work Jaiisun does.

Jaiisun is more than capable of being manager. He has good manager qualities he isn't as active as some previous managers and I think that it does need a very active manager to get staff in there.

She'd be great, could make HxHD the old skool Help deskkkk. If alice owned the room & was Help desk manager, i'd defo go more often.

Believe it or not, we don't just pass over people because of "favoritism" we tend to make rational decisions. Just saying
It costs nothing to be a good friend.
