Whats the best COD4 sniper?

I prefer the M40A3, I just like the one hit, one kill, and like a bit of a recoil on the shot, I like always go for headshots so I don't bother using the sniper if i cant get the headshot, and i find the M40A3 easiest to aim and everything.

M40 or R700, I'd say R700 is the best, it's not much less powerful than the barret, still kills a non-jug in one shot and it has very little recoil so it's better than the barret in my opinion.

M4OA3. That is one beast of a gun. The M21's alright and I dont like the recoil of the barret. :/

I always find cod4 funny the fact that you can run about with a sniper but irl, most have to be on some sort of bi-pod I know its only a game but Anyway, I prefer the first sniper The m40a3

At times, depends on the map and how I fancy sniping.

Thats my favourite one. Really don't like some of them at times.

how can 4 people vote 50 cal its shocking recoil

depends how good a sniper you are, eg someone running at a distance u get a much better chance of getting the kill,

also, everyones bound to miss every once in a while anyway its not like u get a guaranteed kill with a sniper with a better recoil

i only personally prefer to use sniper on certain maps with really good spots, but when I do i normally use 50 cal and im not the best of snipers... obviously different on hardcore
