yr lip? they clamp it, and they draw a dot on yr face and then they put a needle (of whatever size you got yrs pierced at, mine is 1.6 and sam's is 1.2) through it.
whack in the bar/ring, and yr good to go

I had the cartlidge on both of my ears done in October, I've also had the bottom of my left ear pierced but you can't really see it on the picture. I've looked for sleepers (ring earrings), but I haven't gotten around to buying some, I'll post another pic if I get them while this thread is still open:

i got my ears pierced the day before my lip & i found my ears hurt more.
getting yr lip pierced hurts less than a blood test / injection if you get it done properly like i did
