I've just hooked my Apple Keyboard up to my WXP laptop because I'm selling my Mac, I'll let you know what I find.![]()
i've been here for over 8 years and i don't know why
Is it the new waffer thin one?![]()
Technically they're not new since they've been out for well over a year.
Well we could be meaning new as in newest generation, being that until Apple release a new keyboard, we have the new one.
And, btw, this seems to be what you need: http://www.efsavage.com/blog/posts/e...rd_in_windows/

My school got the normal white iMacs ages ago and then last year bought the new ones with them, after about a week someone broke in and stole one!
They are very nice though![]()
I'm considering an USB keyboard, one because after using a desktop for 5 years then switching to a Laptop, I'm sick of accidently moving the cursor and ending up typing line away from where I was supposed to be, plus the keys on Laptop's are not spaced out enough. Also I need one for PS Home/PlayStation 3 in general.
Every person ever anywhere should own one of these:

I dont really like them. I dont type well enough to have one of them, my fingers go all over the place lol.
I'm sure the Apple Keyboard would work on a PC, and the same works vice versa (PC Keyboard works fine with Mac OSX).
But, I'm using the Wireless Apple Keyboard, and it didn't work on Windows Vista (only found this out installing Vista on my Mac though, which resulted in me going out to PC world needing a USB keyboard. D: )
The spacing on the keyboard is different to the ones you'd buy for PC though, they're spaced out like the MacBook keyboards (as far as I can tell anyway).
Hope I helped.
