And actually, most wanted scammers aren't usually Indian, they're usually cockney londoners.

I think it was entirely stupid for your mum to give the credit details of her card to a stranger, but there's no need for racial hatrid against the person who done it, maybe he is legit, maybe you shouldn't be doubting him. Did he have some certification to verify he was a legit Sky engineer?
