
You probably need to re-apply the thermal paste.
Intel push pins are the worst. Even if it seems on correctly, it may not be.
But if you're running it outside the case with no fans blowing cool air accross the motherboard and heatsink, then no wonder temps are high
Case is coming tomorrow so I@m sure it will all be ok until then. I will double check the push pins tomorrow.

Update your coretemp to 0.99.3 to see if it makes a difference.
It's only gone down because your CPU has begun throttling itself down. Look at the CPU speed. 1.6GHz
