You have to tell her how you feel, if she doesn't want to fork out anything for you then you might have to think/discuss about you and her as a couple.
It's your choice anyway.

Simple, you dont need to finish her. Just dont bother and watch how she reacts. Don't phone her for a few days and see how long it takes for her to call you, and if she asks why just say you aint had money on your phone and its getting more complicated to get the money.
Make her realise that your money doesnt grow on trees
