I dont normally see this being traded alot but whenever it does sell it normally goes for around Habbox's value. All i know is, it's popular with casino owners and people who own takeshis castles. I think it will stay at 4HCs for a while.

I think this rare will increase in the near future and after some time could become a very sort after rare.

I think this rare should be decreased in value, it is in low demand and from what i've seen, sells for 1HC each time.

The reason i saw so many sold for this amout was because someone was selling a room full. Each one being sold for a HC sofa
