Well, i'm giving her until 6 tonight to either hand over the Throne or pay my money back or i will close the dispute on Paypal and report her/him to Paypal.

You shouldn't be using paypal anyway, it's a crap system but if your paypal is credit card funded you can just retrieve the payment

On my account i have my recent transactions with -£10.00 deducted from account it says her/his name which is Sean Walsh but does not display Her name. Would i need to do a Cashback for me to see her details?

Yeah I've put in a dispute. I given him until 6 today to pay up but i just realized that you can't close dispute until 7 days have passed by.
